Northwest Leadership Group (NLG) is a performance improvement company established by Jerry McIntosh, RN, MBA, FACHE. Jerry has over 25 years experience in healthcare management and administration, most recently as Administrator of a community hospital. He is a graduate of Washington State University, (Summa Cum Laude), and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Dynamics.
Since 1988, Jerry has provided executive consultation to a variety of public and private agencies throughout Washington and Oregon. The focus of NLG consulting work has been to enhance the effectiveness of an organization’s mission through leadership development and transformation of the organization’s culture.
In April of 2004, Jerry entered into an affiliation with Leadership Development Group, Incorporated, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
